Petting Zoo is Sydney’s new party for people who want something different. You come to hear new sounds, move with a crowd that is locked in, and remember why going out feels good.

The first run brings serious talent. Locky lands in Sydney after a huge European summer that saw him named DJ Mag Best of British Producer alongside Max and Luke Dean. NewTone arrive from Amsterdam with fast, high energy house played by names like Job Jobse and Sam Alfred. Known Artist, the French duo, bring club ready weapons and a DIY release approach that has made them ones to watch. Just announced, Laidlaw joins as a secret guest.

Local selectors round it out. Parker delivers sharp, percussive house built for packed rooms. Jordan Brando keeps things moving. Kenry arrives with a USB full of unreleased tracks. Ca Lou and High Visa round out the bill with punchy sets. Every show runs on custom production and Funktion-One sound so the music hits the way it should.

Each edition of Petting Zoo hands a side stage to a local collective. They set the tone, book their community, and show where Australian nightlife is heading. This time, the reins go to High Level. DJ competition winners MEP and Me1lto join the lineup.

Petting Zoo uses an Arrive By ticket model inspired by leading festivals in Europe and the US. You choose the time you want to arrive. Earlier arrival means a cheaper ticket. This keeps the energy high from the first set and supports artists across the full program.
