Bag Policy: Guests are permitted bags up to 14? x 14? x 6? and will hold their bags throughout the security screening process unless they are sent to secondary screening for further inspection. Bag check will be available; however, we encourage guests to bring smaller bags for a faster and smoother experience. Please note checking prohibited items will be denied.
No Resale Over Face Value: Jungle is using Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange to help fans get tickets at the original price. Tickets will be non-transferable and can only be resold on Ticketmaster at face value. States Blocking Artist Resale Terms: New York, Illinois, Colorado, Virginia, Utah and Connecticut have state laws that prevent resale restrictions. In those states, Ticketmaster will still honor Jungle's terms by keeping resale prices at face value on its site.

Tickets held at will call can be picked up on the day of the performance at the box office beginning 2 hours prior to the event. The customer must present valid form of picture identification.

On-site parking at the Garden Garage, the Broadway Garages, and at all times for restaurant and retail parking at the One Center Court Garage. Shuttle parking is available for all Blazer games and selected Rose Quarter Events.

No flash cameras allowed inside. No audio or video recording devices allowed inside. No smoking inside the building. Bags and full-length umbrellas are not allowed in the arena. Exclusions apply for medical bags, children's bags and clutches 5X8"" or smaller. Bag check is available.

Children under 2 are usually free, but must sit on a ticket holders lap. May vary with event.
