Patrons under 12 months of age are admitted free of charge provided they do not occupy a seat.

The Box Office will be open half an hour before the first performance.

- Valid photo ID required for ticket pickup
- Available 1 hour before performance start time
- Prepaid tickets held under purchasing name

There is minimal metered parking in the surrounding city streets as well as several city car parks.

There is no disabled access.

- No outside food or drinks
- No photography during performances
- Mobile phones must be silenced
- Late arrivals may be seated at venue's discretion

- Children under 12 must be accompanied by adult
- Recommended age limits vary by performance
- Booster seats available upon request
- Infant/child ticket pricing depends on specific event
