Collect from the venue on the day of the show during box office opening hours. Take the credit card used to make the booking and Ticketmaster reference number with you. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets.

There are two car parks immediately adjacent to the building both priced £10. The smaller car park on the Hyde Rd side of the building caters for our disabled patrons with a limited number of spaces used on a first come first served basis. *** Patrons are asked to use official car parks at all times ***

The O2 Apollo Manchester is an entirely no smoking venue. A designated smoking area is available when possible. Anyone found smoking anywhere within the venue will be requested to leave without refund.
