Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. This venue has a CLEAR BAG policy and is CASHLESS for concessions. To request an interpreter for this show or for ACCESSIBLE SEATING, please call 314-977-5000 or email chaifetzboxoffice@slu.edu. Requests for sign language interpreters must be placed at least 3 weeks (21 days) before the show date. Ticket prices may fluctuate, at any time, based on demand.

Will call is located at the box office at the Gate B entrance to Chaifetz Arena. Will call tickets are printed and available for pick up the day of the event. To pick up will call tickets, you must have a matching photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket order.

Parking for all Chaifetz Arena events is available in the parking garage at the corner of Olive and Compton. Additional parking may be available on an event by event basis. Please visit www.ChaifetzArena.com for additional event specific parking information. Handicap Parking is also available in the Olive/Compton Garage. Designated drop-off/pick-up area is located on Compton Ave. moving south, which is located on the east side of Chaifetz Arena.

Accessible seating for any event may be purchased online, over the phone or in person at Chaifetz Arena box office.
