Ticketmaster is the official ticketing service provider for The Event Center and The Showroom. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party website or platform are subject to fraud. Turning Stone Resort Casino is unable to accept fraudulent tickets.

Pick up tickets one hour prior to show. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place the order, the confirmation number and a photo ID.

Ample parking is available in the resort surface parking lots and the four-level parking garage adjacent to the Event Center. No fee for regular parking; there is a shuttle provided for lots farther out. Valet parking is available for $6 at The Tower/Hotel and Lodge entrance. Valet parking is complimentary for registered guests of The Tower, Hotel and Lodge.

Children are permitted in both the Event Center, Showroom, and Conference Center except for Comedy Acts or other performances noted as 18 and over. The price of the child's ticket is the same as an adult ticket. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed on the gaming floor. Comedy Acts in the Showroom and Event Center are for Mature Audiences only- no one under 18 will be admitted. ID may be required.
