Doors open at 6:00 PM, please allow time for the Yondr process. This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, smart watches and accessories, will not be permitted in the performance space. Upon arrival at the venue, all phones, smart watches and accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times, and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space. Anyone seen using a device (phone, smart watch or accessories) during the performance will be escorted out of the venue. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Everyone, regardless of age, must purchase a ticket. Dates, times, prices and Artist are subject to change without notice. Be sure to check the venue website closer to your event date for the latest information.

Tickets can be picked up at the Will Call Window one hour prior to scheduled show time. Customers must have a picture ID, the actual credit card and the confirmation number.

There is The Brown Hotel parking garage and the Fifth St. garage and after hours parking on the streets.

No cameras/flash photography, audio or video recording is permitted without venue approval. Cell phones can be used for pictures, at the artist discretion. There is no re-entry into the venue and there is no smoking allowed inside.

All children regardless of age must have a ticket unless otherwise specified by the shows promoter.
