Opening Hours : The outside box office window at DeVos Performance Hall is open Monday through Friday, 11 AM - 3 PM, for ticket sales for DeVos Performance Hall, Van Andel Arena and select DeVos Place events. Grand Rapids Griffins tickets can NOT be purchased at the box office. Additional hours may be available based on the event schedule. Originally scheduled for August 28, 2025 at 6 PM. Previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new date. DeVos Performance Hall has adopted a limited bag size policy and does not permit bags larger than 12" x 9" x 3", other than those required for medical or parenting needs. All bags will be screened by security personnel. Policy is subject to change based on event policy.
