Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Gospel royalty Kierra Sheard Kelly is returning to the Town Hall for a solo concert her first with orchestra! The virtuosic mezzo soprano will perform music from all of the musical genres that have poured into her and created the greatest voice of her generation. Led by conductor Damien Sneed Sheard frequent collaborator and longtime friend of The Town Hall the Orchestra of Tomorrow will bring the colloquial glory of Black music into the realm of the artistic sublime.

Pick up tickets the night of the show. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and a photo ID. Doors open to ticket holders for seating typically a half hour before showtime.
The theatre is wheelchair accessible. There is a special section available for wheelchairs in the Orchestra Left section behind Row S. Anyone requiring accessible seating is asked to purchase an available ticket for the event as normal. Call 212-840-2824 for ticket availability. Upon arrival to the theatre a House Manager will see to your accessible seating needs. The theatre is also equipped with an elevator for Balcony seating access.
