This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of cellphones, smart watches, smart accessories, cameras, or recording devices will not be permitted in the performance space. Upon arrival at the venue, all phones, smart watches, and accessories will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their phones at all times, and can access their phones throughout the event at designated Phone Use Areas in the venue. All phones will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the event space. Anyone seen using a cellphone during the performance will be escorted out of the venue. Guests are encouraged to bring a credit card for purchases inside the venue. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free viewing experience. Parking is available in advance at HEBCenter.com or on the night of the event. H-E-B Center at Cedar Park is a cashless facility.

Monday - Friday from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm at the Box Office located near the East Entrance. Event will call tickets may be picked up two hours prior to the event. Policies for each event may vary.

Parking is available in Lots A, B, F, G, H & I. Prices range from $5 to $30 depending on the event. Suite & VIP Parking is located on the south side of the building via the 2nd 183A Entrance, past the marquee. All method of payments are accepted at H-E-B Center at Cedar Park for all self-park & valet lots.

Tickets for H-E-B Center at Cedar Park events can be purchased by visiting the Box Office, Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am to 6pm. Tickets can also be purchased through Ticketmaster.com Please indicate the need for accessible seating to the ticket seller when purchasing tickets at the Box Office. If an ASL Interpreter is needed, please contact our Box Office at 512.600.5001 a minimum of three weeks prior to the scheduled event so appropriate accommodations can be made. H-E-B Center at Cedar Park provides accessible seating on each level of the arena. Wheelchair companion seats are reserved for the companions of guests in wheelchairs.

Ticket Requirements: For all ticketed events, all H-E-B Center at Cedar Park patrons must present a ticket for entry, except for those patrons younger than two (2) years of age. However, children under two years of age must sit on the lap of an accompanying ticket-bearing adult. For some family/kids events ages one (1) and up must be accompanied by a ticket.
