Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Pick- Up Tickets One Hour Prior to Show. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place order and a photo ID.

There is a large secure parking garage attached to the Liacouras Center. Entrance is behind the building on 15th Street.

Equipped with ramps, elevators, handicapped accessible seating- Call Box Office for special seating requests.

The following items are prohibited in the Liacouras Center: No coolers, bottles, cans or containers. No outside food or beverages No horns, whistles,noisemakers or banners.'No video cameras or recording devices No smoking No re-entry upon exit.

Children under 2 are free, but must be held on an adult's lap.
