Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult over 18 and seated A max of 4 tickets per person and per household applies for the presale, rising to a max of 6 tickets per person and per household for the general sale. Tickets in excess of this will be cancelled.

Collect from the venue on the day of the event. Take credit card, photo ID and Ticketmaster reference number with you.

Arena Birmingham has on site parking, which can be booked directly on Arena Birmingham's website.

No video cameras or recording devices are allowed. Under 14-year olds MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs + with a valid ticket, into the venue. (i.e. 14yrs and over can come into the building on their own with a valid ticket). Please check the venue website for event specific restrictions.
