The Toyota Center is a cashless facility and has a clear bag policy. Please visit yourtoyotacenter.com for all entry requirements. All ages show. Everyone 3 and older needs a ticket to attend the event.

Tickets held at willcall can be picked up on the following day beginning at 12:00pm. The customer must present a valid form of identification and the confirmation number.

Public parking is free. ADA parking is located near the front and rear of the Toyota Center building.

No recording devices or cameras are allowed in the building. No smoking including vapes & electronic cigarettes, which aren't permitted in the building Toyota Center, Toyota Arena, and Three Rivers Convention Center have a no exchange/no refund policy
