Will Call is located at the Box Office and opens 1 hour prior to event. Customer must present physical credit card used for the purchase, photo ID of individual picking up tickets, and Ticketmaster account confirmation number.

Parking free for most ticketed events. $6/vehicle for free or non-ticketed events. $8/vehicle for City of Fort Lauderdale special events. $6 for Events $8 for Special Events

The auditorium is an accessible venue. Parking for Accessible lot is immediately adjacent on south side of building. Sign Language interpreters are available upon request.

ITEMS NOT ALLOWED: NO cameras, NO recording devices, NO alcohol, NO cans, NO bottles.
