We encourage you to pack light with only the necessities to make the entry process as smooth as possible.Advance tickets can be purchased online or at The Sylvee box office. Once the doors have opened, if tickets are still available, they can be purchased at the Orpheum Theater.
MDEV: The Kick-Off Event is your chance to celebrate the Midwest games industry in style, whatever your style may be. Enjoy our signature cocktail, take on an IRL Quest, and mingle with developers, creators, and industry leaders from across the region. Hosted in the historic Orpheum Theater, the evening features a special big-screen video presentation, Made in the Midwest: This Year in Video Games, followed by an insightful panel, "2025: A Look at the State of the Midwest Games Industry". The dress code for this event is 'Choose Your Own Adventure' (formal, casual, cosplay - anything goes), and you'll strut down the MDEV red carpet to get your photo snapped. This event is open to the public and is for anyone who wants to celebrate the video games industry in the Midwest.

Tickets can be picked-up beginning 90 minutes prior to doors on the day of show. Customer must have actual credit card, picture ID and order number.

Accessible seating is available online through Ticketmaster by filtering on the ADA Icon and selecting the Accessible Seats, or in person at The Orpheum Box Office during business hours.

CAMERAS: Cell-Phone Cameras are allowed. Professional cameras with a detachable lens are not allowed. RECORDING DEVICES: Are not permitted. PROHIBITED ITEMS: Bags or purses over 12 x 6 x 1 inches are not allowed. Coolers, food, cans, pets, lawn furniture, bikes, skateboards, fireworks, weapons and umbrellas are prohibited.
