Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

Will call pick up is at the time of doors unless otherwise stated on the concert specific event page. For instance: Some shows will open will call earlier in the day.
There is no onsite parking. All street and neighborhood parking. Bike racks are located adjacent to the Box Office. All bikes must be removed by the end of the event. Greenfield Lake Amphitheater is not responsible for lost or stolen bikes.
Greenfield Lake Amphitheater meets all ADA requirements regarding accessibility, concessions, restrooms and viewing area for the show.
Only service animals are permitted inside the amphitheater.
