Will call orders can be picked up directly at the Box Office. The original purchaser must bring their credit card and a valid form of identification in order to pick up any tickets. Will call tickets are only available for pick-up on the day of the scheduled event.

The first hour of parking is free for any GardenWalk guest. House of Blues Retail and Restaurant guests can receive an additional hour of free parking with validation for a total of 2 hours. Music Hall guests can receive an additional 2 hour validation for a total of 3 hours.
