Will Call tickets can be picked up 48 hours after the order is placed or the night of the show at the Box Office. Customers must present the actual credit card used for purchase, a photo ID and the confirmation number.

We recommend that you park in the McKinley Avenue parking structure next to the Music Instruction Building located directly across from Emens Auditorium. Entrances can be accessed off of Ashland Avenue. Parking is also available in the parking garage located behind the auditorium. Parking is free in these structures if you arrive one hour prior to performance time. Handicapped parking spaces are located on the east drive adjacent to Emens and in the parking garage east of Emens. Individuals requiring drop off service may be permitted by police officer to enter circle drive in front of Emens to let off passengers unable to walk long distances.

Infared listening systems are available at the box office for our hearing impaired patrons. They will gladly make arrangements for interpreters. Please make requests through the box office at least 2 weeks prior to the performance.

Cameras and recording devices are usually not permitted. There is no smoking in the facility.

Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Shows appropriate for children will have a youth ticket price on most occasions. Booster seats are available at the box office for children.
