The Alabama Theatre hosts an unprecedented event, two organ consoles controlling the same instrument. Organists Nathan Avakian and Donnie Rankin join forces with special guest drummer Donny Stults for DOUBLE TAKE! a celebration of music featuring dual console arrangements, captivating solos, and genre blending surprises. They will fill the historic movie palace with a new and refreshingly unexpected energy. The program will feature music by John Williams, Dave Brubeck, Gustav Holst, Britney Spears, and Billie Eilish, to name a few. Whether you are a longtime theatre organ fan or brand new to the sound, you have never experienced the Mighty Wurlitzer quite like this!

This is an accessible venue. Accessible entrance is located on 3rd Avenue North. The Floor level (1st level) is accessible and does not require any stairs for access. Wheelchair spaces are marked on the Floor level.

No weapons of any kind are allowed in the Alabama Theatre. All guests will be scanned with a metal detector wand and bags will be checked before entry to the building. No outside food or drink is allowed.
