Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. OUTSIDE, RAIN OR SHINE. Blue Note Napa Summer Sessions are held at The Meritage Resort and Spa, located at 850 Bordeaux Way, Napa 94558. The Sapphire Club Section offers reserved seating with a table and 2 chairs, sold in units of 2 only. Price is per seat, not per table, and includes access to the Club Lounge with a cash bar and A/C. The Gold & Silver Sections have reserved seating, while the Bronze Lawn Section is standing room only; blankets are okay, but no chairs are allowed. All prices are per person, and each patron requires a ticket for entry. Ages 8+ only, no infants. Food & drinks are available for purchase. All tickets are pre-purchased and will be available in your Ticketmaster account to be scanned for entry. Bathrooms are available. No corkage or outside food/drink, no professional cameras, no smoking, and service animals only. Visit our website for our bag policy and more FAQs. Parking is available for purchase at $18 in advance or $25 day of show. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Will Call is not available at this venue. Will Call is only for Artist and Venue guests only and is located at the outdoor Box Office at 850 Bordeaux Way in Napa. Be sure to bring a photo ID as this will be required for ticket pick up.

Lot Parking near and within walking distance of the venue entrance is available for purchase. $18 ADV/ $20 DOS credit card only. We recommend you purchase it early. DOS is not guaranteed. Parking lots at the Meritage Resort are NOT available for concert parking.

Gold Reserved: Please purchase accessible seating and companion seating as needed. Silver and Bronze Sections: There will be designated accessible seating available. Please check in with our Door Ushers upon arrival who will direct an usher to assist you and your companion(s) to the accessible section of the area you purchased. These sections are closest to the path of travel in each section. Service Dogs are allowed.
