No Resale Over Face Value Noah Kahan is using Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange to help fans get tickets at the original price. Tickets will be non-transferable and can only be resold on Ticketmaster at face value. States Blocking Artist Resale Terms New York, Illinois, Colorado, Virginia, Utah and Connecticut have state laws that prevent resale restrictions. In those states, Ticketmaster will still honor Noah Kahans's terms by keeping resale prices at face value on its site.
Carter Finley does have a clear bag policy but bags can't be larger than 12"x6"x12". Carter Finley is a cashless venue. Ages 2 and up are required to have a ticket for entry. All advance ticket sales are through Ticketmaster.com. The Ammons Family Ticket Center at Carter Finley Stadium will open at 2pm day of show. You must purchase a parking pass at the parking entrance to access the ticket office. The ticket office is located beside Gate 4. Carter Finley Stadium is a cashless venue. Parking, concessions and ticket office only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Will Call will be located at the Ammons Family Ticket Center at Carter Finely Stadium on the day of the event, opening at 2pm. Picture ID, confirmation number and credit card used are required for pick-up. Parking is located at the lots surrounding the stadium and Lenovo Center. Accessible seating is available and located on the field and in the endzone.
