About:
Noah Ojumu is a London-based jazz drummer and composer whose quartet is defined by strong rhythmic melodies and dynamic interplay. His original compositions reflect the groove-oriented music he grew up with, merged with his later passion for jazz and the avant-garde, resulting in a vibrant and exploratory sound.
Over the last few years, Noah has been part of a range of projects including Koller/Kofi/Gourlay/Ojumu Plays Monk, Mark Kavuma Quartet and Tom Challengers Brass Mask, with a live album Cygnus set to be released in February 2026.
