Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Doors open 1 hour prior to first pitch. Bags are generally NOT permitted with the exceptions for medical bags, diaper bags, OR clutches no larger than 8x5x1. Children under 2 are admitted for FREE when sitting on an adult's lap. Ohio State Students are admitted for FREE with a valid BuckID Group tickets, for groups of 10 or more, are available through the Ohio State Sales Team by purchasing in advance by calling1-800-GOBUCKS, select option 2.

Special seating is available for guests with disabilities. There will be Day of Game/Event exchanges, but will be offered on a first come, first serve basis.
