Children's Policy: Children under 2 years of age are admitted for free provided they do not occupy a seat. Please refer to the venue's website FAQ page for more information on bringing young children & babies. Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holder: Accessible seating can be purchased online. Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. The Companion Card must be presented upon collection.

Street parking is available for around the theatre, or patrons may use the car park situated behind the theatre for approximately $5.10* per hour or $12.30* all day, entry via Lower Esplanade. Disabled parking is available at the front of the theatre. *Please check machine as rates may vary

Babes in arms are not permitted into the theatre unless they hold a valid ticket for that performance. There are some exceptions, please check the event page on the Palais Theatre website, if unsure.
