TERMS AND CONDITIONS Whistle Bear Golf Club Inc. ("Whistle Bear") will not be offering refunds. The event will run rain or shine. No exchange and no refund shall be provided as a result of any delay, rescheduling, or cancellation of any performer, or any substitution of performers. In the event of cancellation or postponement, Whistle Bear may, in its sole and absolute discretion and subject to the terms and conditions then in effect, offer an exchange or a refund. Ticket(s) shall not be sold, offered for sale, transferred, or otherwise disposed of for commercial or promotional purposes (with or without consideration) without Whistle Bear's prior written consent. Ticket(s) shall not be used for advertising purposes and shall not be the subject of any contest, draw, giveaway, or sweepstake without Whistle Bear's prior written consent. Any falsification, duplication, or unauthorized resale is prohibited and may result in cancellation of Ticket(s) and refusal of entry. Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules and the ticket holder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with the law or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion. Whistle Bear reserves the right to deny admission to, or remove from the premises, any person whose presence is deemed undesirable and/or whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe, in Whistle Bear's sole discretion, with or without refund where permitted by law. No unauthorized recording of event where prohibited. Release of Liability Waiver I acknowledge that participation in the event ("Event") organized by Whistle Bear may involve certain risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. I understand and agree that Whistle Bear, including its affiliates, agents, employees, and representatives, shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss sustained during the Event, whether caused by negligence, acts of other participants, or otherwise. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Whistle Bear Golf, its affiliates, agents, employees, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims for personal injury, property damage, or loss that may arise during or as a result of my participation in the Event. I also hereby grant Whistle Bear, and its authorized representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use photographs, images, or videos taken during the Event for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to promotional materials, publications, websites, or social media. I release Whistle Bear from any liability arising from the use of such materials. I have read these Terms and Conditions including the Release of Liability Waiver carefully and fully understand its contents. I am aware that by signing this waiver, I am waiving certain legal rights that I may have against Whistle Bear I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
