IMPORTANT Children 17 years & younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times whilst in the venue. The Ticketmaster Box Office is located at main reception for day to day ticket sales. Ticket Sales on event days are from the outdoor box office situated at the South West entrance to the venue. Ticket Collection - Tickets purchased over the phone or through the internet are available for collection on the day of the event from main reception. Parking at HBF Stadium Parking during events incurs a fee per vehicle of $10 per vehicle.
Disabled Patrons & Patrons Using Wheelchairs There is access for wheelchairs via ramps to all areas of HBF Stadium, including the Main Arena and Aquatic Centre. Location of wheelchair seating for events in the Main Arena are shown on the relevant event map.
