Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
Any child who has celebrated their first birthday must have a paid ticket. Prices are subject to demand and can change at any time. Become a VIP: Very Important Pup! The VIP package includes a premium seat and exclusive access to a photo opportunity with PAW Patrol characters after the show. Each adult & child (age 1 & up) in a group must have a VIP ticket. Pick up your VIP Packet at the VIP check-in prior to the show. Note: VIP characters are subject to change.

Will Call orders can be picked up on the night of the event only, after 5:00 pm or two hours prior to the event, unless special arrangements are made. Customers must have their order number, a picture ID, and the actual credit card used to place the order.

Plenty of parking is available in the East Garage, Central Riverfront Garage and surrounding lots. Event parking starts at $6.00. Accessible parking is available in the East Garage.

Heritage Bank Center is handicap accessible. Seating is available at the Box Office and through Ticketmaster.

BAG POLICY Clear bags not exceeding 12x12x6 and clutches not exceeding 1x6x4 are permitted at Heritage Bank Center. Bags, purses, backpacks and totes that are not clear are not permitted. No flash cameras or professional attachments are ever permitted. Video/Audio recording devices are not permitted. No laser pointers, food, or beverages may be brought into the arena. Smoking is not permitted inside the arena, however designated smoking areas are provided.

There may be different age policies for certain events, however, children under age two generally do not need a ticket. Please refer to the specific event for age restrictions.
