Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
Any child who has celebrated their first birthday must have a paid ticket. Prices are subject to demand and can change at any time. Become a VIP Very Important Pup! The VIP package includes a premium seat and exclusive access to a photo opportunity with PAW Patrol characters after the show. Each adult & child (age 1 & up) in a group must have a VIP ticket. Pick up your VIP Packet at the VIP check-in prior to the show. Note: VIP characters are subject to change. Standard cameras are allowed; however, video cameras may not be brought into the venue and the taking of video is prohibited. The show is 75 minutes long with one 15-minute intermission. Doors open 1 hour prior to show time.

Accessible seating, limited mobility, and sight & hearing impaired seating is available upon request thru Ticketmaster and the CAJUNDOME Box Office.

All patrons are subject to a security search. The following items are not permitted in the Arena: cameras, recording devices (audio or video), weapons, bottles, cans, fireworks, outside food, beverages, or alcohol, lasers, spiked jewelry, chains (including those on wallets), backpacks, large purses or bags, glow sticks, & other items deemed unsafe to others. No re-entry. No smoking in arena. Smoking in designated areas only. What is the Policy for Bags? Each ticket holder, including children, may carry one approved clear bag, such as a one-gallon storage bag, plus a small purse. The following bags will be permitted inside the CAJUNDOME & Convention Center and are subject to search. • Clear plastic bag that does not exceed 12” by 6” by 12”. • Clutch or small purse, with or without a strap, that does not exceed 6.5” by 4.5”. • Equipment bag for necessary medical items. • Diaper bag for age-appropriate children accompanied by an adult. • Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to: large purses, duffle bags, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, mesh bags, or any bag larger than the permissible size 12" x 12" x 6". Tinted or printed-pattern plastic bags are not clear, so they will not be permitted

Varies by event. Please check event for specific rules. Generally, if not specified by event for "Family Shows" a ticket is required for ages 1 and up. No ticket is required for children under age 1 but child(ren) must not occupy a seat and must be accompanied by an adult. For UL-Lafayette Athletic events no ticket is required under age 2 but child(ren) must not occupy a seat and must be accompanied by an adult.
