No Elevator Access to Balcony Seating. Any child who has celebrated their first birthday must have a paid ticket. Prices are subject to demand and can change at any time. ADA seating is available at all performances, including VIP tickets. For assistance purchasing ADA seating, please contact your local venue's box office.

Customer can pick up tickets within the hour prior to the show in the Main Street entrance of the Theatre. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place the order and a photo ID. Customer can call (716) 847-0850 for special handling.

There are various parking lots behind the theatre on Pearl Street. Also convenient to the theatre are lots on Washington Street. Metered street parking is available on Pearl, Main and Washington Streets.

Any child that has reached their first birthday needs a ticket.
