Located at the Box Office. Tickets can be picked up during regular box office hours, after they have been verified by Ticketmaster. PLEASE BRING A PICTURE ID, THE ACTUAL CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE TICKETS, AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER.

The majority of our events require all children who have reached their 2nd birthday to have a ticket. However, some shows will require for all children who have reached their 1st birthday. If a child is going to sit in a seat, they will need a ticket regardless of age. If the child is going to sit in the parent's lap, they must still adhere to the age policy for purchasing a ticket. For example: If the show requires a ticket for children 2 and older but a 3 year old is going to sit in the parent's lap, the child will require a ticket.
