Ticket Release Delay: Tickets will only be available as PDF ezyTickets. You will receive an email confirmation as proof of purchase. A Ticket Release Delay is in place until 5:00pm Tuesday 16th September 2025. Tickets cannot be downloaded or sent until after this time. Children's Policy: This is an all ages event, however not suitable for children. All patrons must hold a valid ticket, regardless of age, to attend this event. Prohibited Items: No video, audio or professional photography unless stated otherwise by the promoter. No alcohol or open drink containers can be brought into the venue. Seating in Lounge Rows A-D is strictly NO STANDING. Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holder: Accessible seating can be purchased online. Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. The Companion Card must be presented upon collection.
Approximate Running Times: Doors - 6:00pm Start - 7:00pm PLEASE NOTE: This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, smart watches & accessories, will not be permitted in the performance space. Upon arrival at the venue, all phones, smart watches & accessories or devices with recording capabilities will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times & can access them only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space. Street parking is available for around the theatre, or patrons may use the car park situated behind the theatre for approximately $5.10* per hour or $12.30* all day, entry via Lower Esplanade. Disabled parking is available at the front of the theatre. *Please check machine as rates may vary
