No Resale Over Face Value PRESIDENT is using Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange to help fans get tickets at the original price. Tickets will be non-transferable and can only be resold on Ticketmaster at face value. Tickets listed elsewhere through unauthorized sources may be fake or invalid. Only tickets displayed in the Ticketmaster app will be valid for this event. States Blocking Artist Resale Terms New York, Illinois, Colorado, Virginia, Utah and Connecticut have state laws that prevent resale restrictions. In those states, tickets can be transferred but Ticketmaster will still honor PRESIDENT's terms by keeping resale prices at face value on its site. This is an all ages general admission event. The Neptune is located at 1303 Northeast 45th Street in Seattle's University District. There is a ticket limit of 4 tickets per person and per credit card on this event. Accounts found in violation of the posted ticket limit may be cancelled without notice. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Mobile barcodes delayed until 4 days prior to event. Venue reserves the right to change delivery methods. Unless otherwise noted, each person must have a ticket regardless of age. No babies in arms. There is no elevator. Stairs and ramps only to the balcony level.
