How The Finals Work: The top six franchises in the PPL Overall Standings qualify directly. During Thursday's Preliminary Round, the No. 7 and No. 8 PPL franchises compete alongside the top two PPL II teams for the final two places in the eight-team field. The competition then moves to a single-elimination bracket, with quarterfinals on Friday, semifinals on Saturday and championship matches on Sunday. Quarterfinals: Eight matches - four men's and four women's - continuing throughout the day and into the evening.
