CASHLESS CONCESSIONS, MERCHANDISE AND PARKING: The Vibrant Arena has cashless transactions for food and beverage, retail purchases or parking gate fees. Cash is accepted at the box office only for ticket purchases and advance parking passes.

Tickets can be picked up no earlier that three hours before the event. Patron must have a photo ID, the actual credit card, and confirmation number.
On site parking is located to the west of the venue and in the ramp across the street. Advance guaranteed premium parking is available through Ticketmaster for most events except Mallards Hockey.

Cameras and recording devices are not allowed in the facility. Also prohibited are firearms, expolsives, weapons and laser pointers. All bags will be visually inspected and guests may be subject to a body search.
All children having attained their 3rd birthday must have a ticket. Some events require children younger than 3 to have a ticket.
