Q: What’s the ticketing policy?
A: All tickets for R&B ONLY LIVE events are non-refundable. If you have questions about your ticket or need it resent, please contact us at info@colorsworldwide.com.

Will call tickets can only be picked up at the venue Box Office on the night of the event. The original purchaser must bring their credit card and a valid form of identification in order to retrieve their tickets. Please note that will call tickets will not be distributed prior to the day of the event.
