A: A valid ID is required for entry at age-restricted shows. We also encourage attendees to check the venue’s bag policy and parking information in advance, as these are determined by the venue and may vary.

Will call orders can be picked up at the Box Office. The original purchaser must bring their credit card and a valid form of identification in order to pick up any tickets. Will call tickets are only available for pick-up the day of the scheduled event,2 hours before doors.

Premier Parking closest to the building is $25 and the rest of the parking lots are $15. Credit/Debit or mobile pay only

ADA spots located in the lower mezzanine level and at the top of the mezzanine level. For General Admission on the floor we have an ADA area to accommodate. Registered trained guide, signal, or service animals assisting. Guests with disabilities are permitted inside Vibrant Music Hall. Vibrant Music Hall requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animals work or the individuals disability prevents them from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.
