Childrens Policy: Children under 24 months admitted free of charge. Patrons under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. A maximum of 4 Under 18s per 1 Adult/Parent/Guardian can attend. You will not be able to finalise any ticket request in excess of 4 Youth tickets per Adult ticket. No chairs permitted. This show ticketed as fully standing general admission with a small, dedicated area for compact picnic blankets. You are welcome to bring a small picnic blanket for personal use in this area, but please enact best gig etiquette, obey directions and be mindful of others. You cannot use this to claim a spot and leave it unattended and you may be asked at any time by working personnel to pack blankets away and please make sure you take your blanket home with you after the event. We put these policies in place to ensure the enjoyment and safety for everyone at the event. Thank you for your cooperation Youth Ticket: There is a limited allocation of discounted Youth (Under 18s) tickets available at $79.90*. The position of the Box Office depends on each individual show, as several shows may be running in the Gardens at the one time.

Venue collections Live At The Gardens Events: Venue collection available at box office 1 hour prior to gates opening

2, 3 and 4 hour meter parking is available in the streets surrounding the Gardens. Voucher machines operate in Birdwood Avenue, South Yarra.

There is some disabled access and facilities as part of the Royal Botanic Gardens site.
