Any tickets purchased, resold or offered for resale in breach of these special conditions may be cancelled and invalidated. All tickets are subject to a booking fee and a venue facility of £3.05 per ticket. The venue facility fee covers the new security measures added for public safety.

The Box Office is situated directly left from the main entrance of the building and will be open 1 hour before doors time and close 15 mins after the main act has gone on stage.

Pre-booked tickets can be collected on the day of the show from an hour before door time, up to a 15 minutes after the event starts. Customers must take the credit card used to make the booking and the Ticketmaster reference number with them in order to collect the tickets. The venue is fully accessible across all levels, with lifts and public areas designed for wheelchair use. They also have accessible seating and staff available to help The venue have a Changing Places facility on concourse level providing a spacious environment that is safe, clean and accessible to all

Entry will be refused if an attempt to enter the venue with the prohibited item. There will be no temporary storage facilities for such items within the venue. Children under the age of two are admitted free, except for children's shows where the age limit is 12 months if unsure check event details when booking an individual show with Ticketmaster. Children without a ticket will not be allocated a seat and must sit on the parents lap. Seated Tickets: Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult. Standing Tickets: Strictly over 14s only in the standing area, admission will be refused to customers below this age.
