Everyone entering the theater must have a ticket regardless of age or seating requirements, including infants. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. AVOID FRAUD: Buy your tickets from TacomaCityTheaters.org or Ticketmaster.com ONLY! In doing so, you are purchasing authorized tickets for the event.
Tickets held for willcall can be picked up on the day of the performance usually 2 hours prior to showtime. The customer must present a valid form of identification, the actual credit card, and the confirmation number.
Parking lots and street parking available.
