Pick up tickets the night of the show. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and a photo ID. Doors open to ticket holders for seating typically a half hour before showtime.

The theatre is wheelchair accessible. There is a special section available for wheelchairs in the Orchestra Left section behind Row S. Anyone requiring accessible seating is asked to purchase an available ticket for the event as normal. Call 212-840-2824 for ticket availability. Upon arrival to the theatre a House Manager will see to your accessible seating needs. The theatre is also equipped with an elevator for Balcony seating access.
