Meet the Characters of Sesame Street Live, Say Hello! In this exclusive post show experience, you and your family will have the opportunity to make a lasting memory of your visit by taking a photo alongside characters from SesameStreet Live, Say Hello! Here's how it works: Photo Experience ticket purchasers should go to the Will Call window at the Box Office on the show day to pickup their photo experience passes and after-show instructions. Each adult and child in a group must have a Photo Experience ticket to attend and participate in the Photo Experience. The Photo Experience will start shortly after the end of show. Please make sure to bring your camera, as you will capture every moment! Parents, please note that while most children are excited to meet their favorite characters up-close, others can feel frightened. If your child is scared or hesitant to meet the characters, we recommend moving to the back of the line.

Box Office Location: Located at 300 Lorne St. (Corner of 3rd Ave & Lorne St). Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.

There are 10 Handicapped parking spaces and 2 10-minute loading zones on Lorne st. directly across from the main entrance. These are checked by Coliseum security and violators will be towed. There are 3 separate parking lots in or next to Riverside park. All accessed from Lorne st. We suggest parking above the tracks on Lansdowne, Victoria, Seymour or on 2nd, 3rd or 4th Ave. Parking in the Thompson Park Mall parking lot is not suggested. There are signs posted everywhere and the lot is patrolled and vehicles will be towed.

Accessible Seating: 32 wheelchair & attendant spots situated on the concourse level behind row 13 in sections D,E,F & P,Q,R. Hearing Devices: Are available see box office to request.

Interior Savings Centre is a non smoking venue.

Non-Blazers events: all children require a ticket to attend all events unless specifically noted on any given event (If event allows children, Babes in Arms (up to 1 year) are permitted free unless show stipulates no children.) Blazers Hockey: children up to 3 years of age are permitted free but must be seated on a parent's lap and must not take up a seat. children Age 4 and up require a paid ticket. Infant carriers are strongly discouraged at all events as they CANNOT be stored at your seat and there is no storage facility on site.
