The venue does not have any on-site customer parking, but drivers may use the Colonnade lay-by on Harris Promenade to drop off and pick up their passengers. The nearest car park to the complex is on Chester Street.

There are six parking spaces for disabled badge holders who are using the Villa Marina. These are situated just inside the Broadway entrance and are available on a first come first served basis. The lay-by on the Promenade is availabe for pick-up and set down of passengers - from here there are ramps with a shallow gradient to help wheelchair users and parents with prams. Inside the venue there is lift access to all floors. In addition, there are toilet facilities for wheelchair users adjacent to each of the function rooms, the children's play area and the Royal Hall. Wheeelchair spaces can be provided in both the Cinema and Royal Hall - it is important to inform the box office at the time of booking that a wheelchair position is required.
