Southampton Philharmonic Choir

A maximum of 20 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 20 will be cancelled. We are thrilled to start our 2024-25 season with an absolute blockbuster of a concert! Under the masterful baton of conductor David Gibson, a vast ensemble of singers and musicians will bring you some of the most popular classical music of the 20th century. Prepare to be dazzled by Carl Orff's Carmina Burana and swept away by excerpts from Leonard Bernstein's West Side Story, with such favourites as Maria, In America, There's a place for us, and Tonight. We are particularly excited to be joined by a children's choir of some 100 local primary school pupils from Southampton for Carmina Burana. These young singers are part of the nationwide 'Primary Robins' project, founded and funded by Pimlico Opera, coached by our very own MD, David Gibson, who has been closely involved in the project since its inception.

Collect from the Concert Hall Box Office when the doors to the venue open. Take the credit card used to make the booking and Ticketmaster reference number with you. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets.
