Bereave In God Records present BIG Melbourne 2026, a showcase of some of the labels best artists and select favourites from around the country.

Promoting heavy, mosh forward music is the drive of BIG, but 11 bands of hard music can tire even the most dedicated dancers. With this 2 stage event, mixed bill goods scatter between the stages throughout the day. 

From hardcore, to brutal death metal, to alt rock and just about whatever fits in between. This show has been curated for a dynamic but consistent flow of styles from some of the best current acts in Aus.

8 interstate acts, headlined by Volatile Ways (NSW) as their last Australian show before they jet to Europe, Splinter (NSW) celebrating 2 years of their crushing EP, Peace Ritual & Resident (NSW) hardcore adjacent rockers offering respite to the moshers, Chrome Cage (SA) promoting their new EP, Concrete Bomb (WA) for their first time in the East Coast, Blinder (SA) with a Melbourne debut & Cutthroat (NSW) mosh metal from God’s Country.

Topped off with hometown performances from brutal death powerhouse Algor Mortis, post hardcore/alternative maestro’s Post Heaven & the death metal violence of Tumour.
