No Elevator Access to Balcony Seating
Customer can pick up tickets within the hour prior to the show in the Main Street entrance of the Theatre. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place the order and a photo ID. Customer can call (716) 847-0850 for special handling.
There are various parking lots behind the theatre on Pearl Street. Also convenient to the theatre are lots on Washington Street. Metered street parking is available on Pearl, Main and Washington Streets.

- No outside food or drinks
- Photography/recording prohibited during performances
- Business casual attire recommended
- Mobile phones must be silenced
