What ages is Superdrug Presents appropriate for?
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, as some of the discussion panels and exhibitor stands feature alcohol, content and product with adult themes.
What is the minimum age someone can attend without a guardian?
Before purchasing tickets, please note the age restrictions for Superdrug Presents:
Ages 18+: May attend the event independently.
Ages 10–17: May attend only if:
Their ticket is purchased by a parent or guardian, and
They are accompanied by that parent or guardian for the full duration of the event.
Under 10s: Due to venue and event requirements, children under the age of 10 are not permitted to attend, except for children aged 3 and under.
Ages 3 and under: May attend free of charge when accompanied by a parent or guardian (no ticket required)
Is there disability access?
There will be accessible facilities on-site, including wheelchair access and disabled toilets, to ensure a comfortable experience for all attendees. If you or your carer have any specific accessibility needs, feel free to let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist.
No Re-entry
Please be aware that once you leave the premises you will not be allowed back on site. Therefore, please make sure you have everything you need with you when you leave the venue.
What is in the Goody Bag?
All Goody Bags have a value of at least £250. The bags will include a variety of products from different brands.
Are Carer tickets available?
Yes, Carers tickets will be available once a standard ticket has been purchased.
To request a free carer ticket, you will first need to purchase a standard ticket when they go on sale. Once you have done so, please email us at Info@Superdrugevents.com with your booking confirmation and appropriate documentation, such as a National Disability Card or Access Card.
Eligible ticket holders may request up to one complimentary carer ticket to support essential care needs. All requests are subject to availability and approval. If approved, our team will issue a complimentary carer ticket.
Terms & Conditions
Notice of filming and photography. Please be aware that Superdrug Presents and partners are taking photographs and filming within this area. Your entrance into this event will serve as your voluntary agreement to appear in any form of media where the footage/imagery is used.
Any personal data collected during the ticket purchase process will be used to support the planning, delivery and marketing of the event. This may include contacting attendees with event-related information and follow-up communications. Data may be used by N2O (the event organiser) and Superdrug (the end client), in accordance with applicable data protection laws and each party’s privacy policy.
Health & Beauty Card tickets are only valid when purchased using a valid Health & Beauty Card number. Tickets purchased without a valid card number may be subject to cancellation and refund.
Refunds can be made up until 7 days prior to the event. The Ticketmaster fee will be non refundable.
How many tickets can I purchase?
Due to high demand, we are limiting ticket purchases to 4 per person to ensure as many consumers as possible have the opportunity to attend. This policy helps us create a fair ticketing experience for everyone.
