Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult over 18. A max of 4 per person and per card applies during the presale. This will increase to a max of 8 per person and per card during general on sale. Tickets in excess of this will be cancelled.

Box Office Collections/Venue pickup: Any tickets booked in advance for collection may be picked up on the day of the event only, after the doors open. Please don't forget the original credit card used and the booking confirmation code given as proof of purchase. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets.

Parking and by car As we're in a prime city centre location, we're easy to get to by all major approach roads, including the M62, M58 and M6. There's some street parking that's free after 6pm, but limited on Bridport Street) but if you're driving, use car parking at The Liner, it's right next to us at the top of Lord Nelson Street. You can even guarantee a space by pre-booking, even during the busiest of times, using JustPark. The postcode for your sat nav is L3 5QB. Disabled parking and by car We do not have our own parking facilities, but there are some bays outside our venue on Bridport Street and places if you are Blue Badge holder, plus there are options for drop off outside at the main entrance. No cameras, video cameras or audio recording. No food, bottles, cans or alcohol to be brought onto the premises. No smoking. Security measures are in place so there will be bag checks on arrival. Only one small bag per person is permitted, and it must not be bigger than A4 size.
