Your tickets will be available at the front of house box office, you'll need to pick up your tickets from the box office once doors have opened on the day of the show (typically 7pm, please check times for your show.) You will need a copy of the booking confirmation, ID and the debit or credit card you used to collect your tickets.
There's some street parking locally, so check the pay and display options on Milk Street and Coventry Street nearby if you travel by car. The Bullring car park has hundreds of spaces. Entrances are on Smallbrook Queensway and Park Street. The Mailbox car park is also close at Wharfside Street, enter B1 1RD or Royal Mail Street into sat nav and we're around 600 metres away.
The InstThe Institute strives to make all the shows at the venue accessible to everyone and to make sure things keep improving. It was built in the early 1900s, so there are challenges, but the venue representatives will do their best to identify issues and come up with practical solutions. No cameras, video cameras or audio recording. No food, bottles, cans or alcohol to be brought onto the premises. No smoking. Security measures are in place so there will be bag checks on arrival. Only one small bag per person is permitted, and it must not be bigger than A4 size.
