Children's Policy: This is a licensed all ages event. Children 2 years and under are admitted free. All other patrons require a paid ticket. Patrons under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian at all times. Resale Tickets may be available for this event. These are tickets sold by fans and are verified by Ticketmaster. A Handling Fee of $14.95 per transaction applies to purchases of Resale Tickets. Venue collections Live At The Gardens Events: Venue collection available at box office 1 hour prior to gates opening

2, 3 and 4 hour meter parking is available in the streets surrounding the Gardens. Voucher machines operate in Birdwood Avenue, South Yarra.

There is some disabled access and facilities as part of the Royal Botanic Gardens site.
