Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. We recommend parking at Majestic Square Parking Garage, 211 King Street, Charleston, SC 29401. The fee is $1 per 30 minutes and is a short walk to the theater.

The Riviera is an accessible venue. Patrons requesting accessible seating must purchase accessible seating. Accessible seating is available, please select the ADA seat option from the 302 ADA section on Ticketmaster. An elevator is located in the Southwest corner of the lobby

Each event differs in terms of being family friendly. Unless specified on the show ticket or show page, The Riviera welcomes guests of all ages. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Any child who is four years of age or older requires a ticket for admittance into The Riviera. Those younger than four can enter for free if they sit on an adult lap.
